General Information
Getting a Library Card: Library cards are free to Santaquin City residents. Photo ID and proof of residency are required. For non-residents, the yearly fee is $20. Patrons under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s signature.
Lost Cards: If your library card is lost, contact the library immediately. You are responsible for all materials checked out on your card.
Returns: Please return materials during library hours. Due to continued vandalism, the book drop will no longer be available.
Overdue Fines: The fine for all materials except DVDs is 10 cents per day per item.
Loan Periods: All materials except DVDs may be checked out for 14 days. DVDs check out for 3 days, no renewal, limit 2 per patron card, 18 years old, $1.00 per item fine.
Reserves: Materials checked out to other patrons may be placed on reserve.
Renewals: Materials may be renewed for up to two additional loan periods, except for items on reserve for other patrons, which may not be renewed.
